The initial task of the Client is to create a creative idea for an advertising campaign aimed at attracting digital employees to the largest enterprise in the nuclear industry.
We conducted a study of communication visual and contextual among 10 main competitors. Competitors were selected based on their attractiveness to digital professionals and large industrial segments.
During the study, two main tasks of the communications strategy were identified - to show the value proposition of the employer and to highlight the attractiveness of working in the digital department of the company for young specialists with 2 years of experience
Due to the fact that the digital department of the Client offers applicants not only the opportunity to work in the IT specialty, but also to create new solutions, make scientific discoveries, develop new global products of an international scale, we have chosen the key message: Develop. Visual communication was selected with symbols and elements evoking associations with programming, the image of modern young it-specialists and bright colors of the brand guide
The advertising campaign attracted a large number of young professionals, our Client increased his employer rating and the recognition of his company among professionals in digital professions
The new look of the industrial company of the nuclear industry will show young specialists in digital specialties that it is also interesting and popular to work in a complex scientific and technological industry, as in global IT companies.
